Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will Dannah come speak at my event?
A: Dannah speaks at events for teen and adult women and co-ed teen and college students. She would love to consider coming to your event. Just email her assistant with a little specific information about your upcoming event including the date, the approximate number of people attending, and your general topic. From there, Eileen will help you book Dannah or one of our other team members or recommend another top quality speaker that’s just right for your event. Why not drop a quick note today to eileen@purefreedom.org.

Q: Is Pure Freedom affiliated with any specific organization or denomination?
A: Pure Freedom is non-denominational Christian ministry. Check out our mission statement and doctrinal beliefs if you want to know more about what we believe.

Q: How can I help Pure Freedom?
A: If you’re excited about our vision, we could use your support. Pure Freedom is a 501c3 not-for-profit ministry. Though we receive some of our funding through event and resource revenue, we rely on the contributions of corporations and private donors to meet our budget shortfall each year. You can submit your tax-deductible donation on-line or by sending a check to:

Q: Can Dannah read my book proposal/manuscript or listen to my recording?
A: Now, that’s the toughest question we get around here. The fact is, she’d love to take the time to encourage you in your ministry pursuits. However, due to the high volume of requests she is no longer able to do so. It’s simply a matter of time, and needing to protect her time with her family. Here’s what we can do: when you get your book published or that recording contract signed, be sure to send us a copy of the final product for us to give away on Dannah’s blog. She’d be happy to promote anything that lines up with the philosophy of the Pure Freedom ministry. While we cannot guarantee that what you send will be used on-line, we’ll certainly take a look at it.

Q: How did Dannah start her ministry and what does she recommend to someone who wants to do something similar?
A: Dannah encourages each person with a desire to have a ministry to do one thing: minister to one person. When you are faithful with that one person, God will plant another one in your life. Then another. Then another. As you grow, you’ll need to be sensitive to God’s timing in how fast or slow things go. Just stay close to him and let him control it. The fact is, Dannah never set out to start a ministry. It just happened as she spent time pouring her life into girls one at a time.
